Founded in 1986 by Irfan Razack, along with his brothers Rezwan and Noaman Razack, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (commonly known as Prestige Group) is a publicly listed real estate conglomerate based in Bengaluru, India. It has delivered 300+ projects covering 170 million sq ft, with 56 ongoing developments (~86 million sq ft) and a future pipeline of 43 projects spanning ~85 million sq ft. Prestige is the only CRISIL DA1+ and ICRA A+ rated realty firm in South India.

His leadership is complemented by his brothers—Rezwan Razack, overseeing construction and engineering, and Noaman Razack, together steering the brand across India’s core markets.
